Mats Olsson (SLU, Uppsala) och Johan Bergh (SLU, Alnarp) lectured about characters of and processes in forest soils in Alnarp, April 23-24 and May 7.

 

Douglass F. Jacobs (Purdue University, USA) told about experiences in restoring the American chestnut with breeding and silviculture in Alnarp, June 16.

 

Per Ola Hedvall, PhD student, presented his results from studies on the effects of intensive forestry with help of fertilization on vegetation. Alnarp, August 27.
